Of course.. nothing can be without guidelines.. so here are the few I follow.
1) NO porn sites and NO LINKS to porn on YOUR site . If I see it, forget about it, I'm gone.
2) Your site MUST be kid friendly. If you think your site is rated above PG.. forget about it, I'm gone.
3) Your site should be easy to navigate.
