I think the name of this clique says a lot. It's my Style, Not Yours! is a clique against people who copy other peoples styles. This has happened to me many times & It's not a fun thing to deal with. You have just thought up a great new design, you go into adobe/psp and make it! You have worked ages on it & you finally put it up on your site. You are happy and find it very unique. it's your new style! A couple of days later, somebody tags your tagboard, you check out their site. as you do and guess what? They have a similar layout to your new one on their site. Everything is spoilt, it's not unique anymore, somebody else has "stolen" your idea. Yes, some people might say "take it as a compliment, they like your layouts!". No, it doesn't work like that. So, if this has happened to you, or you are just against it, then join!
