Tactics are very simple. Find a good hill and plant your army on it. The flagellants take the inside flank, the swordsmen the outside, and the spearman the middle. Handgunners fire from between the units. Crossbows from the hill below the cannon. Sit down and fire. Make the enemy come to you, and make him do it through a killing zone of crossbow bolts, lead bullets, and cannon balls. The HtH troops clean up the rest. Concentrate your fire! Take out whatever is the fastest but real threat. Don't waste shots through. Example- Chaos knights are not good targets for the archers or halflings, and aren't even that good for the crossbows. Let the cannons worry about them, while the archers pick off the Marauder horse. |
