Amythest Spells
Amaranth - Power 1, Range 6”
The target of the spell receives a vision of himself in this and all other incarnations. He realizes how unimportant death actually is and becomes unconcerned with it. The target’s toughness is doubled as he simply disregards all wounds. (Note- the effect of this spell has not changed, I have simply added some fluff).

Iyrtu’s Embrace - Power 1
The wizard momentarily draws power from his past and future incarnations to use against his present foes. The wizard chooses one enemy in BtB contact and attempts to crush him. The wizard rolls a single d6. The wizard inflicts d6 hits with a strength equal to his own plus the half the d6 (rounded up). (Example- A Empire wizard [str 3] and a Necromancer Champion are in HtH combat. In the Magic Phase, the Empire wizard casts Iyrtu’s Embrace- he rolls a d6 and scores a 3. The Necromancer takes 3 Str 5 hits).

The Wind of Time - Power 1, Range 36” (replaces Manacle of Caloe)
A chill wind swirls around the target. Visions of past sorrows and future death dance within the wind sapping the will of all who view it. The unit is allowed a Ld test on 2d6 (lizards may roll 3d6 as normal) to avoid the effects. If failed, the members of the unit see themsleves as old and decrepit. They cannot march move as they believe this would place too much strain on their bodies. If the unit charges, or is charged, the rush of battle fills their limbs and reminds them of their true age, dispelling the spell. Remains in play.

Folding the Fabric of Time - as Speed of Lykos with the added fluff that the model is moved by sacrificing a small portion of his life, the time it would take him to move between his starting and ending position, so that is a he feels he has moved the distance but to everyone else, it appeared instantaneous.  Also can only effect single models- ridden monsters, warmachines, etc. cannot be effected. A character on a normal mount, warhawk, disk (counted as cav.) can be effected.

The Purple Scythe - stays the same

The Wild Kin of Zandox - effect stays the same the fluff changes to say that the shadow beasts are the shades of the wizard’s other incarnations.

Spirit of Guilt - as the Fate of Bjuna though with range reduced to 12” and the fluff that the targets begins to punish itself for its past transgressions.

Visions of the Grave - as the Choking Foe.

Doom - Power 2, Range 24” (replaces Caress of Laniph)
This spell is always cast on a single model. When completed, a strange reaper-like figure appears before the target and utters a single word “Doomed”. As long as the spell remains in play, this proclamation preys on the victim’s mind, dominating his thoughts. Before undertaking any action (moving, shooting missile weapons, attacking in HtH, casting, etc.) the victim must first take a Ld test. A success indicates that the character can perform the action. A failure means that the character has become distracted by the vision and the action is impossible for this turn.

Revenge of the Meek - Power 3, Range 6”  (Replaces Purple Sun of Xereus)
The caster uses his knowledge and magic to simulate the fabled time when the peaceful and weak will control the world. Each enemy model within 6 inches of the caster takes a number of hits equal to its number of attacks at a strength equal to its own toughness (as indicated by the targets profile- frenzy, additional hand weapons, etc. do not apply). Armour saves apply as normal. (Ex.- A normal human has one attack and Tou 3, so he will suffer 1 str 3 hit. A Chaos warrior with 2 attacks and Tou 4 will suffer 2 str 4 attacks. A human lord using the Sword of Defiance has 4 attacks and a Tou of 7 (4+3) and would suffer 4 str 4 attacks.)
