GARMON HOUSING HELPS POTENTIAL HOMEOWNERS

" HAMPSTEAD- Buying a home is an important step in a person's life that should not be taken lightly, and at Garmon Housing Center they help potential homeowners every step of the way.

Singlewide homes start at $19,900, doublewides $31,900 abd triplewides from $59,900. Land/Home packages are a specialty of Garmon Housing Center, as is financing. Garmon's wife Tomie, works in the financial side of the business. "If you have the credit we can get you financed." said Garmon. "Even if you haven't established credit we can still get you financed." Interest rates start as low as 7.5%.' he added.
Garmons father, Johnnie Garmon, Sr. owns the business along with his wife Nancy, and has been in real estate since 1979. He also has a location in Brunswick County that was established in 1994. 'My family has established a reputation for honesty and integrity in the real estate business,' said Garmon. 'We're not just selling homes, we're selling a reputation.'
Excellent service after the sale is another way that Garmon Housing Center works hard to keep their customers pleased. They include a one year contract with every home sold. 'If something should happen within the first year, you don't have to search around for a plumber or an electrician or someone to help you,' said Garmon. 'We have a service department on site that will respond to calls day and night.'
'We are going to do what's right for our customers.' Garmon encourages people to come and check out the large variety of model home available on site.
