Mist Isle

The Isle of Mist is entirely encompassed by the Sea Elf Capitol, and none but Sea Elves have been much further than the trader's market at the front gate.  Although it is said that at the center of the city lies a great pool that leads down into the depths of the ocean and the Mermaid capitol.
