Mountains of Confusion
The Mountains of Confusion lie just north of the Forest of Confusion, blending with it, between the western High Mountains and the eastern Shadow Mountains. Indeed the only difference between these three mountains is that the Mountains of Confusion are lightly forested in lower regions. There is much variation here, from the cold beauty of the High Mountains and the Frozen Forests to the north, to the subtle shifting down until the mountains blend into Dwarf territory, curving around the Bone Forest and looking just as miserable and bleak. In this chain of mountains can be found Dragon Mountain, and Hatchling Mountain which shelters Battle City, where the dragon battles are held. At the northern edge where the mountains meet the Frozen Forest, lies the world of the Pegasus.
