Mr. Lane has been drawing and painting for a number
of years. His pastel paintings are held in private collections in New
Mexico, Alaska, Washington, Hawaii, Texas, and throughout Colorado. In
2002 his work was displayed in several exhibitions, including the Colorado
Springs Art Guilt Fall Exhibition at the U.S. Olympic Center, where it won a
Juror's Award. Mr. Lane's original pastels are available at Textures Gallery in Old Colorado City, and, for a limited time, at Starbucks (Powers & Constitution) and the Mission Inn Restaurant (North Academy).
