Consume less, keep sensual pleasures at the least, & sleep restricted
And only once in a year, go for complete rest.

Jadupati (another name for Lord Krishna) tells in Bhâgavata :-

Downfall is brought by mean company,
And Jadupati (Lord Krishna) tells smilingly:
He who chooses a noble company to share,
Will show noble behavior with care.
