This is the song "One", from the album And Justice for All.  It was based on a book written by Dulton Trumbo, called Johnny Got His Gun.  Its about a young man that goes to war and gets his arms, legs, face, etc.. blown off by a grenade.  He eventually gives the doctors morse code telling them "kill me", over and over again, "kill me".
