| Hello my name is Helen and I am a pupil at Chesterfield High school in Liverpool. My main interest is running and I compete for the Liverpool Harriers Athletic Club. I started running at Southport & Waterloo Athletic Club when I was 9 years old and I now train twice a week and compete at weekends. I love cross country and in the summer run distances on the track from 600m to 1500m. On this page I will also try to put other things that interest me as well as the results in my races. |

| In the above races Liverpool Harriers have won the Merseyside and Northern England Championships and I got a second place when running for Sefton Schools in the Merseyside Schools Championships. |

| Me after a hard training run just after christmas in Delamere Forest. Between christmas and new year we did two hard runs, this one and another around Helsby along the Sandstone Trail. The two pictures below show me and the training group doing timed circuits, both in a group and individually. |
