Gary 'K' has been playing in both the U.S and Canada for over 25 years, starting out when he was only 13. Heavily influenced by his father, Nick, as well as Roy Orbinson, and many others, he sought out the "Lengendary" Truman Merrow as his guitar teacher and mentor. Gary started playing in small bands in Northern Ontario, eventually migrating to Nova Scotia where he fell in love with the people and places "Down East" during the 5 years he was there. Gary finally settled in St. Catharines, Ontario, where he has been running his own successful business for many years. During those years, his music seemed to take the back burner.
