In Show 34 (01/06/05) Gary and Dan weren't about, and so Gary put together a compilation featuring only a handful of bands. The show was mostly of tracks by Ash. It is for this reason that Ash have now overtaken The Eels as the Most Played Band.

Five Facts About Ash
- The band are fans of Star Wars. They named an album "1977" after the year that the first Star Wars movie was released. It features a sample of a T.I.E. Fighter and has a track called "Darkside Lightside". Their music has also been used in a Star Wars computer game.
- Ash were the first band that Gary and Dan ever saw live. Well almost. The first band was the support, Snow Patrol. They saw both bands on the 8th of May 2001 (Gary's 19th Birthday).
- Newest member Charlotte Hatherly has released her own solo album, "Grey Will Fade".
- She is also the girlfriend of Edgar Wright, director of Shaun Of The Dead, and Spaced.
- The hidden track at the end of "Darkside Lightside" on "1977" is the band members arriving at the studio totally pissed and then vomiting and pissing everywhere.
