Keep in mind that this is General MIDI, and the sound of it can greatly depend on your computer's MIDI driver. Older systems may play back these songs in a totaly different way.
I designed these songs using Microsoft Wavetable (the MIDI driver, not a program). If you are unsure of your MIDI settings, you may need to look them up in the Multimedia section of your Control Panel, found in settings for people not using Windows XP, and if you are check anyways. Look for the MIDI or SYNTH tab in there.
The point of CDs is to record the exact sound, as I heard it with my own two ears, and play it back for you, no matter where you go. With that said, enjoy everything this site has to offer.
