On Saturday the JETS moved their record to 4 and 1 with a 2-0 victory over "the other" Jetz. Even though the JETS seemed to control the time of possession, the half ended in a scoreless tie. We were able to get 9 shots on goal in the first half while the opposing team had 6, with Lakin making 5 of those saves.

The second half was just as hard fought as the first, but the JETS were able to break into the scoring column when Bell pushed a shot through early in the half. Fatima scored an insurance goal less than 15 minutes later and the defense held the "the other" Jetz to just 3 shots on goal.

The mid fielders seemed to control the opponents frontline for the rest of the game. The outstanding defense led the coaches to name Lakin and Cara as game 5 MVP's.

The JETS next game will be Saturday, April 12th in a re-match with the Blue Devils who the JETS defeated 8-0 in the season opener.
