  The New Humber Super Snipe Estate Car is the aristocrat of dual-purpose cars. Built to the same high standards as the Saloon, and incorporating the advanced new features, the Estate Car has luxurious appointments, spacious seating for six and a very commodious rear luggage compartment. For heavy or bulky loads, the interior transforms in a moment to a sturdy and efficient carrier which will handle up to 7 1/2 cwt. and still provide full seating for three. The tailgate forms a rigid loading platform, enabling articles up to 77 inches long to be carried. The large, unobstructed loading space inside has guide runners moulded in the floor covering.

Precision-built with a 3.437 inch bore and 3.25 inch stroke, it has a compression ratio of 8.0:1, and develops 129.5 b.h.p. at 4,800 r.p.m. Gear changing is crisp, positive and remarkably easy, with synchromesh on forward gears.

Advanced technical features include: hemispherical combustion chambers with angled valves; chrome-plated top piston rings; camshaft in oil bath; exhaust ports designed for high-efficiency 'breathing'; cooling system with 4-bladed fan. The touring-size fuel tank has a capacity of 12.5 Imperial gallons.
