The main page for most of my links is at: http://profiles.yahoo.com/oxacapublishers I can not really think of a solution to the problem like yours- which I think has some good ramifications and guidelines to a wrokable solution. Just tell the United Nations that. If some thinking person would look at that more seriously: think of the human rights violations that are occurring, and the violence and abuse to children. Well it is enough for all international organiztions to get to work on! What I would like to see is writers with suggestions like yours submit voluntarily to a new publication idea that I would liket osee off the fround sometime in 2001-- I want correspondent writers who can address issues and viewpoints and do not necessarily have to be journalism students-- please let me know that you may be interested. Ohterwise, jsut check out my links when you can. Thank you for an interesting page.

Your methods of attaining peace seem plausible in theory, but I think your missing the big picture. First off, let me state a quote from my physics teacher some years ago: "You know what the problem is...nobody cares anymore" Granted, I live in the USA, so this quote may be very untrue to where you live, but human beings, as a general whole, do not seem to have the same thirst for life as we once did. Also, let me move on to a much bigger point. I percieve that there may be lot of social unrest with the "americanized government", mainly because of the fact that a lot of citizens are set in their ways. Also, unless war truly comes to EVERY SINGLE residence in the continent of Africa, the problem may atually get bigger than e er before. Let me say it this way: would England, who's been trusting a king & queen for thousands of years, suddenly move on to an americanized government with no fight? I strongly think not. What I think may be the best solution is the addition of more UN troops in the nations that are fighting, however which way that can be accomplished.
