Yay Dir en grey! :D  One of the best looking bands ever in my opinion. ^_^  They were a gothy visual rock indie band until they caught the attention of none other than Yoshiki of X-Japan, and he offered to produce the five singles on their next album.. and now they're one of the biggest visual rock bands in Japan. ^_^  They're led by Kaoru.. who writes most of their music, and has the coolest pink hair ever! heehee. ^_~  Kyo writes all the lyrics which are usually very dark and really good. ^_^  Half the time he sings in a low emotional voice and the other half he screams like a psycho.. and often in the same song.. so he sounds really crazy, hehe.  Die has probably the most distinct song writing style of the band, and he's into lots of German stuff.. in their earlier days he would wear Nazi outfits and swastikas and stuff.. hehe.  Toshiya's their very pretty bassist, and he's cute even without makeup too. ^_^  Shinya's gorgeous too.. even though he doesn't do the dragqueen thing as much as he used to.. and he's gay!  Yay! :D ~hugs him~  Well.. he probably is anyways.. he's kinda shy and hasn't said he is directly.. but if you read the interviews he makes it pretty obvious.. heehee. ^_~  Dir en grey released their second album Macabre in September and I think it's their best stuff yet. ^_^
