First off a little history. ^_~  The members you see above are their original ones.  Shun, their lead guitarist, left the band in '98 and joined JILS, and was replaced by Yuki from Hysteric Blame.  Then in late '99 both guitarists Sin and Yuki left and were replaced by Kaie and Rinne from Hysteric Blame.  So I'm guessing either them and Hysteric Blame are really good friends, or really close enemies. ^_~  Hehe.  They started out in 1991, and up until the late nineties they were more of a speed metal band, with great guitar work.  Then in 1998 they changed their name from Vasara to Vasalla and released the Aurora mini-album, taking on the more contemporary rock style that they had in the last couple of years.  Shun left around this time.. I dunno what happened with the other ex members. ;.;  And I've never even seen any pictures of Kaie or Rinne either.. blah. ;_;  I like both styles of theirs though.. old as much as their later stuff. ^_^  I say later.. because after a decade.. they disbanded. ;_;  They had their last live on November 11th. ~sniffles~  But.. happy thoughts.. look at K-Suke's hair!  It's so poofy! :D  I want it! ~plays with it~ ^_~ Vasalla MP3s can be found on Reve Noir The Vasalla eGroup Back to Glamour & Suicide...
