A.  The Vice Commandant, LTC Jerry Cannon, called the meeting to order at 1900 hours. 
B.  Grace was led by BG Gunn. 
C.  MAJ Bob Powers led the Pledge of Allegiance. 
D.  TOAST:  We missed Major Hoffman on this occassion. 
E.  The Vice Commandant released the membership for dinner at 1911 hours. 
F.  Meeting reconvened at 1935 hours. 
G.  The Vice Commandant welcomed all to the meeting. 
H.  Gene Lowry made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes, second by 
      COL John Harmon, motion carried. 
I    LTC Kerkhoff made a motion for balance only on the Treasurer's Report, second by 
     CPT Freeman, motion carried:  Balance is $2,132.16 - (Medals $682.00 - Gen: $1,450.16. 

2.  COMMITTEE REPORTS: 

A.  AUDIT -  LTC William Brinkley - The 1998 Audit was completed during the February 
      Meeting with zero discrepancies. 

B.  MEMBERSHIP - MAJ Hoffman - No Report 

C.  MORAL/WELLFARE - LTC Bell - No Report.  TDY to Missouri. 

D.  NOMINATIONS - LTC Britt.  No Report. 

E.  PROGRAM/ENTERTAINMENT - COL Davis.  No Report, Vacation @ Hawaii. 

3.  OLD BUSINESS - LTC Cannon led a discussion of different possibilities for using our 
      web site. 

4.  NEW BUSINESS - Request members provide WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam and 
     Desert Storm photo's, with names and stories. 

5.  GUEST - Mr. Ernest Harrison "Past Exalted Ruler of the Elk's Lodge". 

6.  NEW MEMBERS - MAJ Bob Powers nominated CPT Karen Corsetti for membership. 
     She was unanimously accepted. 

7.  ADJOURNMENT - Motion to adjourn was made at 2005 hours.
