Currently I am studying at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. I am a junior hoping to graduate December of 2003. I have been blessed with many amazing teachers in my life, and chose to follow in their footsteps. I am majoring in Elementary/Middle Education, and minoring in Special Education with certification in Learning Disabilities. In the spring of 2000, I was very fortunate to be selected as one of the 28 to study abroad in Lismore, Australia at Southern Cross University. It was an amazing experience, and a very fulfilling one as well.

During my high school career (1994-1998), I attended North High School of Eau Claire, WI. I was involved in a number of organizations and sports. These sports include cheerleading ('94), pom-pons ('96-'97), and soccer ('96-'98). As for organizations, I was involved in Student Council ('94-'98), Leadership Conferences ('94-'98), Band ('94-'98), Jazz Band ('94-'98), Choir ('94, '97-'98), Show Choir ('95), Arrive Alive ('96-'98), National Honor Society ('98), DARE ('98), and Tutoring ('98). I also traveled to London, England with the band in 1997 and marched in the New Year's Day parade. It was finally during my senior year that I discovered I wanted to be a teacher.
Tessa and me happy to have finally graduated in 1998.
