Here is where you would come to place
your grievance.
Remember why you joined this group.....for
the Friendship, Support, Caring, and Prayers.
We want you to know ahead of time
that the following is how we would like the situation handled. Please read
the following and then follow the steps to allow us to resolve it.
1) If you feel that you are having
a problem with another member, then before you do one thing, please contact
us immediately.
2) If you feel that another member
has treated you unfairly, or has harassed you in any way, then you must
contact the Grievance Committee immediately.
3) We will not tolerate any smearing
of another member nor taking any grievances to other members. We believe
that all things can be worked out if done correctly.
4) To handle this correctly means
all the parties agree to allow us to handle the situation before it escalates.
So many conflicts are usually made by simple misunderstandings. This can
happen easily when we have only the use computers instead of our eye to
eye contact.
5) The first step we would take
is working the problem/situation out, by forgiveness, and reconciliation
between the people involved.
6) We are a loving group, and that
would be our number one goal.
7) We want the problems and
situations to come to us only. Please Do NOT make them PUBLIC, as most
often, issues that are trying to be resolved are resolved much better,
and fairly if only the people involved in the situation are the ones that
are involved with the grievance committee and working towards correcting
the siuation.
8)* The FINAL Decision of the problem(s),
after discussion is the Board of Directors* to make the best choice for
the Gateway To Friendship Group.
9)* If the problem demands attention
right away, the Grievance Committee retains the right to make a desicion*.
