Asparagus Toasts

1/2 pound cooked asparagus
2 Tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp fat-free margarine
4 slices reduced-calorie bread
6 slices Lightlife Smart Deli Country Style Ham
1 cup Kraft Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Trim asparagus and cut spears in half. Cook asparagus until tender. I usually boil it, but you can steam or microwave.

Stir together dijon and margarine until smooth. Toast the bread and spread with dijon and margarine. Dice the Lightlife Smart Deli slices and evenly distribute them onto each slice of toast. Top them with the asparagus spears and the FF mozzarella. Put the toasts on a baking sheet and put them under the broiler until cheese is melted. Remember, FF cheese melts a little funny. Do not let it brown.

Note: 
Lightlife Smart Deli Country Style Ham slices are a meat free soy product. You meat eaters can substitute real ham.  Make sure to recalculate the points.
