Our first game of the pre-season and our first trophy! Hopefully not the last!
This was the usual eventful stuff between us and Romford, three penalties were awarded during the game and none were scored! Mardushat on his debut for BFC saved one early on and Tommo had one saved and put one wide, all in the first half!
Side put us in front with a well taken one on one, they equalised on 52mins with a great effort from way out. Rumours of extra-time were thankfully false and it went straight to penalties, Mardushat saved 2 out of 3 and Bowen, Myatt, Nicholas and Harney all scored to win us the Wembley Cup!!!
