| Background - Kira has a major hatered for the Caradassians and has a real bad temper. When she first met Sisko, she didn't even want to be around him but as the years progressed, she became friends with him. When ever Kira would have a problem, she would go to her best friend Odo for a shoulder. In the recent years she found out that Odo has been in love with for a long time and then finally became a couple. But he's left the station and joined with his people. Away on assignment with Bashir and Keiko, there was an accident and Keiko was seriously injured. Keiko was pregnant at the time and Bashir made an emergency transfer so the baby was now in Kira's womb. Kira carried the child the rest of the term and moved in the with O'Brien's until the baby was born. The baby was named after her, Kirayoshi. |
