| Austrian born Georg Cocron has established himself as a recognized rock guitarist, and an accomplished songwriter. His first solo CD, "Eight Driver," was released with critical acclaim. Reviewer, Michael Askounes, "allaboutjazz.com," wrote; "Georg can really wail on the guitar!" The song "Time Out (Eight Driver CD)," was nominated in the "best instrumental performance" category by the New Mexico Music Industry Coalition in 2000! Georg's next projects include a fourth solo cd. A cd by the heavy metal group, Vendetta, on which Cocron plays lead guitar, is planned for release in April 2004. |
