City Slave Sold!
In an exchange between Master Ubar and Master Taliesin, the slave safi was sold to the latter. The ceremony. was very quiet with only the involved Masters, safi and kali in attendance. Congratulations MasterTaliesin on Your fine purchase. and dear sweet sister, sassi hopes you find your true slave soul within your new ko'lar.

City Map Created
Master Dalanar has created city maps for Turia. He has added these maps to the page of maps that already existed on our webpages the object of which is to give our citizens a realistic feel of the city and encourage full and realistic roleplay and interactions within the city. In this wench's opinion the map and picture of the main hall are definitely the most notable, in that they so clearly illustrate the wealth and opulance of our fine city. The city M/members are very pleased with the leadership shown by our Ubar.

Auction Announced
Master Ubar has announced that there will be a slave auction held in Turia. A select, as yet unnamed slave, is to be put on the block. The terms of the auction have yet to be announced at the time of this writing. Keep your eyes on the Turia message board for further details.

News In An Ehn
**The Free of Turia have worked in co-operation with Dalanar and Support at Gorchat in order to get the accounts corrected and updated. Master Ubar has decreed that slave assignments will soon reflect Turia's plan to grow at all levels including economically, and slaves will be expected to do productive chores of 20 posts each so that items created can then be creditted to the Free's accounts.

**A census of Turian slaves has been called, and is to be included in the next edition of the Turian Weekly. This information will be passed to the City Scribe, so that it can be determined if any have runaway. Turian Authorites will then take steps to deal with any runaway slaves, headed by the Captain of the Guard, Nort Rar on the Ubar's direction.

**{Dal}sinder after returning from r/t was branded in a simple branding ceremony by her Master. His mark was burned into her right thigh. The slave already was branded with the kef.

**{Dal}sinder also performed a dance for Mster that was exceptional. However due to technical difficulty it was not available at the time this paper went to press. Look for it in next week's issue of GC Gazette.

Weather
There was a short but severe storm hit Turia this week devestating early gardens throughout the region. Snow fell coating the tropical city with 5 inches in just under two hours. This is reported to have something to do with Bruik visiting a paga tavern in Port Kar, and as a result being restricted. Something about a frosty day in H*!!. {Bruik}shahar is quoted as saying "But Master, i coulda told You those girls go from Port to Port!"

This week the forecast calls for hot and sunny temperatures in the high 90's, with no precipitation expected. Nice time to tan slave flesh.
