This week has been a fairly quiet one in Kassar. There was a tumit killed out on the plains by Master Rowan NightShade, which dawn, beauty and salina butchered and packed the meat away in the chilling pit. Master Rowan sustained an injury to His arm during the capture of this large bird , the tumit sliced His arm with its huge sharp beak as it took it’s final breath. Master Rowan's wound is healing nicely and will be good as new.

Mistress Schyler is no longer a member of camp.

Master Rowan and dawn were both away for a bit over the weekend but have now returned. We are all very happy to have them Home again.

There is now a coop for the vulos. It was the idea of Mistress Karyn , and after being approved by the Ubar, deanna, beauty and this girl helped to build it with the project being overseen by Mistress Karyn . There is a box underneath to collect the vulo dung which will be used to mulch the garden.

The garden is growing well with the care of many in camp watering and making sure the weeds are pulled. Am sure this year will bring a good harvest.
