Chapter 4

"Lei, wake up." Billy shook my shoulder gently.
I pawed at his hand. "Noo, It's too early.."
He ran one of his thin warm hands under my shirt, caressing my back. "Please?"
The warmth penitrating through my skin sent waves of shivers through my body. "Fine fine!" I pushed myself off my stomach and crawled out of the bed. "Ugh.. What time is it?"
"Three o'clock, listen I have to be at Paul's house in thirty minutes, you wanna come?" He stuffed his hands in his pockets.
I raised a brow. "Billy, I would love to go, but it's daylight out.. Thats kinda like a death wish for me."
He shuffled through his closet, pulling out a Level 27 hoodie and matching beanie. "Just pull the hood up and look down."
I took them out of his hands and put them on over my clothes. "Can I leave a note for Zek?"
He nodded and led me downstairs to the kitchen. He'd taken it upon himself to close all the curtians in the house when he woke up. "Here." He handed me a notepad and pen.
I scribbled down a quick note to Zek, pulled my hood over my head, and stuffed my hands in my pockets. Billy guided me out of the house and into his car. It was only about 10 minutes before the car had come to a stop and Billy was guiding me out of the car, my head down all the while.
He rang the doorbell and seconds later the door swung open. He led me into the house, stopping in the living room. "Close the curtains. All of them." He left my side to help with the curtains.
"Who's that?" Joel's lower half came into my view.
Billy rejoined me. "It's safe."
I lifted my head, removing the hoodie and beanie. "Hello." I grinned mischievously.
Benji raised a brow. "What's with closing the curtains?"
I turned to Billy. "You didn't tell them?"
He shook his head. "You didn't say I could."
I grinned. "Thanks a lot."
He nodded. "No problem."
Joel cleared his throat. "Didn't tell us what?" Thre three of them looked at us questioningly.
"Well guys, Leina here is kinda..not normal.." Billy cracked a smile.
"I'm a vampire." I smirked.
"Billy's been giving you weed hasn't he?" Paul shook his head disapprovingly.
Benji looked me over. "You are awfully pale.. But so is Lil' Billy but he's not a vampire. At least, not to my knowledge.." Joel still looked doubtful. "Prove it."
I sighed. "Do I have to? I mean It'll make me awfully hungry.."
Billy grinned, a hopeful look spilling onto his face. "C'mon Lei, just do it."
I grunted. "Fine fine." I glanced around the room. Decisions, Decisions.. I bet they all taste good, well at least Billy tastes good. "Joel, come 'ere sweetie."
He just stared at me, unsure of what to do. Sighing, he stood up and walked the short distance across the room.
I grinned and grasped his wrist, sending a wave of chills through his body. "Just relax." He nodded in agreement. I rotated his hand until it was palm up. he had a star outline with 'Hope' written under it on his wrist. Beautiful. I pulled his wrist closer to my mouth, trapping his fear filled eyes with my empty eyes, and taking in his scent. It was almost as good as Billy's, a hint of sweetness with a dash of sour evil. I ran my tongue around the star, feeling the lust coming slower than it did with Billy. Joel shivered, never breaking his eyes from mine. I was about to trace the star again when I felt the lust capture me and I had to quickly pull away, covering my face quickly, and dropping to my knees.
Joel dropped his wrist, watching me with worried coating his eyes. "Leina?"
I felt myself stabilizing at the peak of the lust and dropped my hands. "Yesss?" I grinned, my fangs giving my vocalization a slight hiss.
He jumped back. "Holy shit!"
Benji nearly ran to me. "Whoa! those are so cool!"
Paul raised a brow. "A real live vampire.. That's just wicked cool."
Billy laughed, sitting down beside me and snaking his arms around my waist. He growled in my ear quietly, and nipped at my neck right below my ear. "Fangs are sexy."
I burst into a fit of laughter. "You think fangs are sexy?!"
He grinned sheepishly. "Yep, especially when they're yours and they're on me."
I looked from Billy to Benji to Joel to Paul and then back to Joel. "Hey Joel, I'm kinda hungry and you smell good, wanna fix me something to eat?"
His eyes widened. "Uh..uh..no?"
Billy whined, biting at my neck agian. "Leeeina!"
I smacked him playfully. "Noo Billy! I already know what you taste like. I wanna know what Joel tastes like."
Benji pouted. "What about me? I am Joel's twin after all!"
I grabbed Benji's wrist quickly, raising it to my mouth. "You smell like him.. Your blood that is.."
He shivered at my touch. "I do?"
I dropped his wrist, turning to Billy. "Yeah, but I won't bite any of you.. because you could get addicted to it.. Just look at Billy!"
Joel seemed nervous now. "You bit Billy?"
I cast my vision to the floor. "Not by choice.."
Billy placed two fingers under my chin, lifting my head as to bring my eyes to meet his. "Don't be upset, I agreed to it Lei."
I grasped his hand with mine, pulling him to his feet as I stood up. "We'll be back in a minute." Before anyone could protest, I led Billy into the first room I could find. It was a small bedroom with a queen size bed in the back corner and a stereo beside the walk in closet on the opposite wall. I sat down on the bed, pulling Billy down beside me.
He scooted closer to me. "What's wrong Lei?"
I couldn't take it any more..I leaned in to him, kissing all along his neck, mumbling words between each kiss. "Can't..take it..any..more..need..food.."
He let out a shaky breath, pulling me from his neck and pressing his lips against my forehead. "Go ahead.."
I nodded slowly, grasping his wrist and rolling up the sleeve on his hoodie. I removed his bracelet and kissed his wrist delicately. Locking my eyes with his, I clamped myself into his wrist. He squeezed his eyes shut, grunting when I pierced his skin, but his breath becoming shaky after a few minutes. I didn't take the blood quickly, but drew it out slowly, teasing the wound with my tongue every few seconds. After what seemed like forever, and finally filling satisfied I pulled away from his wrist.
He rolled his sleeve back down, pressing against the wound. "That was beyond amazing.."
I wiped a drop of blood from the corner of my mouth. "Still the yummiest I've ever had."
He stood up and grabbed my hand, giving me a quaint smile. "They might get suspicious if we take too long back here."
I nodded and pulled him out of the room, a seductive grin pasted onto my face as I pushed Billy onto the floor and seated myself in his lap.
Benji groaned. "God Billy, I know you didn't hook up with her.."
Billy gave him one of those innocent yet clueless looks. "What? I didn't do anything."
Benji rolled his eyes. "Yeah suuure."
Eventually Billy and I left, agreeing for everyone to meet at Billy's place tonight for a little fun.
