1. Where do you get info on people who've been pied and where they were pied?

From various sources, mostly from Web surfers like you, and my own experiences watching TV and movies and catching the pie scenes that were in them.

2. I thought so-and-so got pied. Why don't I see them on your list?

First of all, I have to verify that they were really pied, and if they meet the guidelines for being pied. Sometimes, I'll make errors, but they're usually corrected once they're discovered. Plus, I try to go for well-known people or notable TV shows or movies with which many people tend to be familiar. Sometimes, a pie scene is so great to watch, that I'll put it on the list even though the scene isn't on a major TV show or movie and no major stars are in it.

3. Why do you have guidelines as to whether or not someone really got pied?

When a person gets hit with a pie, it's funny if it covers their face, particularly the area around the eyes. It isn't all that funny when it only covers the lower part of the face, or when it doesn't cover the eyes. It's one of those "know-it-when-you-see-it" things. When a person is truly pied, people know it. (see also #4 below)

4. Why aren't people considered pied when they're wearing glasses?

Glasses tend to shield the face from getting covered with pie, so most attempts at pieing someone with glasses on usually fail to achieve the desired effect (see #3 above). There are some exceptions, though, as sometimes the face gets adequately covered in spite of the fact that the pie victim was wearing glasses.

5. Where can I find a clip of so-and-so getting pied?

Unfortunately, I can't answer this one for every single scene that exists, but I do have many clips of people getting pied on tape. Just check out the list and see which ones I have that you might want, and perhaps we could work out some sort of trade!

7. Can I contribute a question to this FAQ?

Sure, if it gets asked often enough. Obviously, the FAQ is for Frequently Asked Questions, hence the acronym, but if a question is only asked once, I'll try to answer it with a personal reply when possible.
