October 8 - The Lady Panthers recorded their fifth consecutive victory Wednesday night in a big conference match against Westminster. Westminster came into the night just 1/2 game behind Greenville in the standings, but G.C. was able to hold off the Blue Jays in each of three sets for a three-set sweep 30-26, 30-27, 30-28.

Michea McKay led the team in kills with 11, while Megan Vandiver and Julie Kaufmann each added 10. Vandiver also totaled 6 blocks in the match and Kaufmann had 11 digs.

Greenville moved its season record to 9-6 overall and 5-2 in conference play. They will travel to Webster University on Tuesday night. Webster currently sits one game behind the Panthers in the standings with a 4-3 record.
