URBAN REVITALIZATION

Today the North Audobon Place Subdivision (Park East Community Association) works on cleaning up the neighborhood, developing a neighborhood plan which includes a park, better lighting, more sidewalks, more home owner properties (including duplexs where the owner lives in one end and rest he ohter out to help make the mortaga), and holding landlors/tenants accountable for the upkeep on the properties.
