Synopsis

What Harry does not have is stability. He is seizure-prone and, in the grip of a seizure, dangerously violent. Theoretically, the computer hooked up to Harry's brain will control his seizures and, therefore, his violence. What it does is turn him into a homicidal maniac. Reissue.
