North Sea Camp: The Fens' very own Category D prison. Though this is an open prison and the majority of the inmates are there for theft, in 1999 there were ten serving time for murder.

Ironically, despite this being a category D prison, its quite possibly had less escapes than the other Fenland penal institution, Whitemoor, which is a maximum security jail!
