Introduction to Karon and Iria.
Hilda remains with Rodrique in his village.
The issue centres on Rodrique's angst concerning Hilda's love and the mark in his forehead. He meets Karon, who pretends to alleviate this.
Rodrique reveals his true feelings for Hilda.
Rauresu is lost and hurt, and is found by Iria.
Karon and Rauresu do not hit it off too well, sensing they are a hindrance to each other.
Asbal acquires a new look: he looses his hat and gains a set of stylish bangs.
Hilda remains in bed, sick, for most of the issue.
Rauresu attacks the village, and takes Hilda, and confronts Rodrique.
Rauresu kills Kukuru, devastating Rodrique.

Wow! A new drawing style and a new twist to the story. With the introduction of Karon, Iria, and Grem, the story takes flight into heights it never even hinted at. This issue centres a lot on Karon and Rodrique, and Rauresu remains mostly sick or angry at both of them. The issue also starts on several scenes that hint at larger deceit and pain for most characters. It's not just plain fantasy novel anymore, now its become a large drama. This issue is worth buying.

Hilda lingers with Karon, witnessing the devastation after the war.
Grem, a follower of Rauresu, is introduced.
Zadei acquires a new look: slick new armour suit and a sad, serious attitude.
Zadei and Teteiyusu remain in an icy place; Teteiyusu against his will and mostly dead, and Zadei in torture.
Rodrique's character design changes, now featuring a slightly prettier face and clothing. The mark in his forehead is removed.
Beta grants Zadei a flower to revive Teteiyusu.
Iria attempts to kill her brother, Karon.
Titan, Karon's obsession driven monster, is vitalized by Rauresu's energy.
Rauresu frees himself from Titan, who is maimed by Rauresu. Karon is killed.
Iria meets Hilda.
This issue starts a new turn in the manga's story line and features new art. Most characters change clothing, design, and the style of their faces and expressions. The manga no longer resembles Azel Seimaden at all, and is now truly unique

If you are really interested in the Zadei story and the love turmoil he faces, this issue is a most for you. Although they feature lightly in the issue, their scenes are worth watching. Mostly, though, this issue belongs to Rodrique. It's his time to shine as the past marks him and Karon confuses him. The art is very nice, considering that now You has acquired a new style of drawing, everyone sports new clothes and looks, and the story is now even more convoluted.
