Anything i've ever bought from this
company was wonderful. Everything
tasted good. Here are a few of there
products:
"Breakfast Strips"
44% less
fat than
pork. I call them "fake bacon." These
little wonders are fabulous. Great for
fake blt's. They cook fast too.
"Grillers"
54% less fat than
hamburgers. These are in my freezer
right now. I haven't tried them yet.
I'll let you know.
"Vegetable Protein Crumbles"
i think
these were made by "MorningStar Farms"
but i'm not sure. I find out when i go
shopping again what exactly the name
is. I realize it sounds
really goofy but i gave it a try and
i'm so glad i did. What they are is
little pieces of vegetable and protein
that look like frozen meat
chopped up. It comes in a resealable
bag and you store them in the freezer.
This is especially great for people
who are the only vegetarians in the
house. You use these in things that
call for meat. Such as "Hamburger
Helper." It tells yu what the
equivalent for say 1lb of meat is. It
may be 2 cups of the crumbles. Then
you cook the crumbles like you would
eat and follow the directions to
whatever your putting them in. It's so
great. You can still
eat things you used to. *Shoprite
carries "MorningStar Farms" products
in the freezer section.
Garden Burgers
Hamburger Style (blue box)
Awesome. It
has a grilled taste. I put thousand
island dressing on mine.
Veggie Medley (green box, i
think...)
Radness. These burgers are made with
broccoli and vegetable insides.
Pepper (purple box)
Haven't
tried
yet.
