The Eisan Family 2003

2003 was a fun and exciting year for the Eisan Family! After the birth of my sweet baby Daniel in October of 2002, we celebrated our first Christmas as a complete set :) My sister Shawn, my brother-in-law Roger, and my nephew Chandler came to visit. We went to Medieval Times with the older boys. That was quite an experience!

This year we also celebrated Ryan and Misty's wedding, Austin's 5th birthday, my first triathlon and Austin's first Duatlon, Daniel learned to walk this year and Austin started the first grade.

My little boys...they are so sweet together! Austin is the best big brother a little boy could have. Daniel adores him and Austin loves him just as much!

Kevin and I took him to Benihana for his birthday and he loved it! He even had Sashimi!

The boys and I met Kevin at Dallas Love Field during a short break in trips.

When Shawn, Roger, and Chandler came to visit we went to Bennihanas with my mom, Denae and Penny. The kids had a great time!

Unfortunately, Roger was sick and couldn't enjoy the "feast". But Austin and Chandler loved watching the horses and jousting.

The next three photographs are my first and second triathlons, respectively.

The next series of pictures are of Austin's very first Duathlon! It was held at Rangers Stadium (now Ameriquest Field) the weekend after my first triathlon. He ran 1/4 mile , biked 1 mile and ran 1/4 mile! I was so proud of him!

He earned the nickname "Mr.Sprinkles" because he ALWAYS carried around little containers of colored sprinkles with him whenever he walked. When he woke up, he would immediately go to the pantry and pull out the containers of sprinkles!

Austin's 2003 Soccer Season with the Wolves. He has earned the reputation from his coach as the brick wall. He will block any kick in from the sidelines with his legs, ribs, or face...whatever it takes! He is a tough little soccer player!

Well, that sums up our 2003! Another blessed year for our family!
