TimeMachine
The
Time Machine

This one
movie has always been one of my favorite movies, as well as one that
has haunted me since the day I first saw it.
Since I
first read the book, too many years ago to mention in print, I have
changed what three books were take a zillion times. But, the story
its self is a sad yet beautiful one. Sad because as in most sci-fi
stories we always succeed in destroying our culture. Yet, a new
civilization always emerges.
This remake
of the original movie was very close to the original. What was
embellished, thus adding even more depth to the story line was the
time spent with the Morlocks and the Eloi. The insight into these two
human species was really quite thought
provoking.
I enjoyed
this movie imensley and would recomend it to all with the exception
of young children. It would be much to scary for the
innocent.
With the
addition of todays special effects this second movie is a must have
for your collection.

Even after
watching this movie and going home and watching the original again I
still can't decide what three books I would have
choosen.

As the
movie, both of them, ask; "What books would you have
taken?"
