i'm making a section dedicated to your bishies. this tisn't a clique, or anything like that. it's just posting your bishie, and expressing your love for them.

What Do I Do to Sign Up?
just e-mail the female with the subject BISHIE ISH FOR MESHIE. when you e-mail me with the subject of BISHIE ISH FOR MESHIE, all you have to put is the name of at most 3 bishies and the url to their pictures, if you want. but you must have the name of the bishie; what anime, band, cartoon, occupation, made up, etc. your bishie does; and of course why you love your bishie; your name; your url; and your e-mail. simple.

Rules
#1. i can regect your application.
#2. don't send attached e-mail, or i will delete it.
#3. if i e-mail you, and you don't contact me back within 3 days, your application will be terminated, and future applications will, too.*unless you have a god damn good excuse!!*
#4. once i have your section up, you must link me. if you don't, your section will be deleted.
#5. absoultely no crazy obsessive possesive fangirls. (like the ones that will hunt you down and "keel you deed", if you have the same bishie as them). they drive me crazy. but fangirls that aren't overly hormonal are welcome.

i think that they are fine. but, don't think that i'm a bitch. i'm fun. i'm cool. you dig? lol! i won't be a bitch if you follow the rules. ^^ it's your fault if you make me the strict rules bitch, if you don't read the rules. and i trust my net buddies more than a total stranger. stranger danger. strangers, that could give my poor computer a virus. (has happened in the past, that bastard...)

Where Can I Find It?
if no one has put in an application, i'll make the section. but if the section exists (people put in applications), then i will try to put it up in at least a week, if school permits.
