Who is fit for surgery-

Any normal healthy male who has otherwise normal errectile sexual capability But who is unhappy with the girth of his penis is a fit candidate for penile girth increase by fat injection.

Who is unfit for surgery

As such there is very little as Unfit for surgery however if person is already suffering from other medical illness regarding heart/liver/kidney etc. then it is advised to get that treated first.

Risks

There are no particular risks pertaining to this procedure. The errectile function is maintained as before.

Pre operative check up, shave, treat any skin disease locally.

For Procedure per se

This is an office procedure that does not require admission. It is done under local anaesthetic.

Post operative

There will be dressing that will have to be removed after a week. This is basically for protection. So that the new fat does not get crushed and killed. We have to allow the fat to get blood supply at its new place. Once it takes root. It will be there for life time.

Do's and Don'ts

Leave the dressing alone.

If possible take some ice cubes in a polythene bag and cool down the penile area. This will decrease the metabolic requirement of the new fat and keep it alive till it generates new blood supply.

Keep it clean and dry.

For the initial 10 days avoid passionate thoughts so that there is no violent erection (avoid crushing the fat from pressure from inside out)

For three weeks avoid having sex,

let it heal well first.

Stop smoking.

Expected result

In three weeks the fat would take root and it have healed firmly. the person can then enjoy a normal sex life with thicker penis.
