Cthrek Yaska

Angarak name of Riva's sword (the pommel is the Orb - Cthrag Yaska).

Resoon Kee

Special pictures (drawings) used by Morind mothers in the education of their daughters, particularly to prepare them for marriage. They show variants of how to do it (think of Kamasutra, if you will). The word is a plural, the singular is Resoon Ka.
Men are not allowed to look at them - they are taboo. So don't ask me - I've never seen one...

Path of the Moon

Mystic philosophy followed by the Morind women. It could be similar to cults of Isis or Kali, but without a personal Goddess of love and death (replacing her by the Moon, which is clearly connected to the life of women).
This is purely speculative - it's taboo for men, so the author doesn't know anything about it.

mother

According to a Morind custom, a girl has a new mother when she marries - the mother of her husband. She stays in the clan of her natural mother, though. Usually, they live in the household of the new mother, and the bride is supposed to obey her. The author has it from the best authorities that Ce'Nedra likes this custom.
