Rules For Joining



  1. All applicants may be asked pass "the test" administered by the current members.
    1. The test is any series of events an applicant must pass.
    2. The test is created by the current members.
  2. All applicants must have a certain amount of class.
    1. This class is determined by the "General Rules for Members" of the Gentlemen's Club.
  3. Founding Fathers have the right to veto any application.
    1. Reason must be presented.
  4. Applicants can only become applicants if approached by Member first.








General Rules For Members



  1. All members must enjoy one(1) fine alcoholic beverage a week and one(1) fine cigar a month.
  2. Members must attend all Gentlemen's Club engagements, meetings and events in their area.
    1. Members may be excused for prior engagements.
    2. Members may be excused due to illness.
    3. Members may be excused due to illness in family.
    4. Members may be excused if working on or attending other Gentlemen's Club activities.
  3. Members must wear Gentlemen's Club clothing at Club sponsored events.
    1. Unless otherwise specified.
  4. Members must try and sport the Gentlemen's Club logo, clothing, etc. as much as possible.
  5. Members must respect the chain of command.
  6. Members should speak eloquently, dress well, and act friendly to other members.
  7. Members in violation of rules may be dismissed.






Rules For New Chapters



  1. Opening of all new chapters must be cleared with center chapter and founding fathers.
  2. There can only be one chapter per area.
    1. Area equal to size of county.
      1. Chapters may be divided if it grows too large.
        1. Too large to be decided by chapter leader.
        2. Size may also be decided by center chapter.
  3. All chapters must create these positions based on the charter of the central chapter
    1. Individual Chapters do not have Founding Fathers.
    2. Executive Positions must be voted on.
    3. Any member may be nominated for any available position.
    4. All Positions are not completely necessary to all chapters and positions should be assigned by need.
  4. Any members joining through new chapter must first be cleared with center chapter.
    1. Applicants name and position must be submitted to center chapter.
    2. Applicants must abide by "Rules for Joining"
  5. New chapters should set up meeting place.
  6. New chapters must report back to center chapter at least once per month.
  7. Any Chapter found in violation of these rules may be dissolved.






General Rules For Meetings



  1. All meetings run under the general principles of Robert's Rules
  2. All meetings should be chaired by the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, or an appointed chair.
    1. The chair should be appointed by the Chairman, Deputy Chairman, CEO or President

Gentlemen's Club General Setup

Founding Fathers



CEO

Must be appointed by previous CEO. He works directly with the CFO, COO, CIO. This gives him the responsibility of tracking those below him, their performance and work. His job includes making sure all information outlets are accurate, tracking financial information, and organizing group events.



President

Must be appointed by previous President. He works directly withe Executive Vice President, Vice President of Marketing and Executive Director. This gives him the responsibility of tracking those below him, their performance and work. His job includes general supervision of Exec. VPs work, expanding the Gentlemen's Club name and oversee's all new recruiting.



Chairman

Must be appointed by previous Chairman. He works directly with the Deputy Chairman. His job includes overseeing the work of all committee's that are formed, he views and approves all reports which are being brought to the general members or executive of the Gentlemen's Club, and is chair of all executive Gentlemen's Club meetings and if necessary will chair all meetings upon request.











Executive



Executive Vice-President



The Executive Vice-President will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Executive Vice-President will be responsible for the general administration and be active in almost all of the activities of the Executive of The Gentlemen's Club. In other words, he will have a hand in everything. The Executive Vice-President will also take the place of the President, in his absence and will have the full power of the President until his return.



Chief Financial Officer (CFO)



The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to the Executive Vice-President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the President. He will be responsible for the collection of The Gentlemen's Club Dues. Also, he will be the main signing officer to The Gentlemen's Club Bank Account. At any time the CFO must be able to account for The Gentlemen's Club Capital and Investments.



Chief Operating Officer (COO)



The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will be responsible for the operations, activates and events planning of The Gentlemen's Club. He will also be responsible for ensuring that each event occurs according to his planning.



Vice-President of Marketing



The Vice-President of Marketing will report to the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will be responsible for the general promotion of The Gentlemen's Club. He will also be responsible for the marketing of The Gentlemen's Club Merchandise such as shirts, hats etc... As well, he will work alongside the Chief Operating Officer (COO), in order to promote the events and activities of The Gentlemen's Club.







Chief Information Officer



The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will be responsible for all information (internal and external) of The Gentlemen's Club. He will be responsible for the upkeep of the website, e-mail accounts and any other form of contact for The Gentlemen's Club members.



Deputy Chairman



The Deputy Chairman will report to the Chairman and the Board of Directors if such a Board is established. He will assist the Chairman in his responsibilities. The Deputy Chairman will also take the place of the Chairman, in his absence and will have the full power of the Chairman until his return.







Amending the Charter (This Document)



  1. In order for the Charter to be amended:
    1. The issue must first be debated in committee.
    2. The committee's report is then brought to the General Membership who debate the issue.
    3. The General Membership then makes recommendations which are brought to the Founding Fathers.
    4. The Founding Fathers then vote.
      1. A 2/3 vote is required for the issue to pass and the Charter is amended.
