Their historical roots stretch back to the 1920s.
They currently manufacture many electrical products such as: mobile phones, modems and pagers:
things that are becoming a familiar part of our lives.
Many companies use their CPU
components in their PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) to build computers and accelerators.
Apart from Intel and AMD, Motorola are a leading microprocessor firm and are currently developing PowerPC technology for the Apple Computer and the VISCorp[?] Amiga.
