Bryozoan Slab BS1
			Era: Paleozoic     Epoch: Ordovician     Age: 425 ~ 500 Million Years Old     Name: Bryozoan Slab BS1     Species:  Bryozoans                   Crinoids                         Location: Kope Formation                     Cincinatti, Oh. USA     At first site these slabs apear nothing more than a  piece of thin rock with a few shells and other items in them. But this slab is full of bryozoans and crinoids. This is actually a piece of the bottom of an ancient sea floor that is frozen in time.    I tried to scan a close up and post it below so you can see more detail.
