Sorry, no. I don't think I can do that. I don't think I would have any
continuous block of time I could guarantee - and I wouldn't like to be
under the pressure of 'semi-real' time to make decisions in. This way,
I can add a few lines to the turns as I have time and inclination, and
send them off every few days - and I get to re-read the moves, and
have at least some chance of catching any obvious blunders.
I'll write you if this changes, and we can set up an IRC or something,
but not as for the immediate foreseeable future.
Instead, if you have the time, you can try to use it to predict
reasonable NPC reactions, and see if you can anticipate them. If you
have the time, you can include a lot of "if-thens" in your turns. So
far the immediate NPCs in the park scene shouldn't be that hard to
predict or understand. For one thing, they're libelous
stereotypes. :-). Cheetax may have amnesia and an INT of 8, but YOU
can understand their motivations, no? :-). The "thought balloons" are
a step in this direction.
You can also do more 'if-then' scripting in the fight scenes, if you
like, and have the time. Things can occasionally go against you, such
as when 'tiger-head' was able to throw Cheetax, but you can count on
that. If you are fighting Joe Schmoe, you can write that you will keep
trying the follwowing N maneuvers until Joe goes down - or you cn
write that you will try this maneuver and see what happens. The first
will generally tend to get fight scenes over with quicker - either Joe
goes down or Cheetax does, whether it takes 1 phase or 15. The second
is more like Face-To-Face roleplaying, but takes longer to resolve.
Sorry, George.
