[ Hah! Finally we're on a reasonable turn response schedule here! ]

>> The nearby Tiger shakes his head and moves closer, warily.
>> "Nice kitty. Now don't you hurt the nice gentleman coming.
>> It was just a misunderstanding, Janet said so.
>> You wouldn't have fooled Janet, would you?" he whispers,
>> half to himself.

>Cheetax gets off of Mr. X. and faces toward the person approaching.
>She cannot see but she wants to be ready if they attack. She backs
>up a step or two to get a little room. She is in a very slight crouch
>[more like slightly bent over].
>"We need tie him up. He maybe wake up" Cheetax states to this
>approaching
>figure to see if s/he is friend or foe.

"Umm... Yeah." Kevin approaches warily.
"First we get rid of this - ungh" - a thrown object kicks up gravel
on the path to the east - "then we tie him up. I guess we could
use his own belt, here. Man! He's got a lot of stuff on it.
I hope they don't just go off..."
There is the sound of the armored man's body being rolled over, and
various items arc through the air and land in the grass or
the gravel towards the east.

[ If Cheetax does nothing to interfere, on Phase 8: ]

The car starts up.
"Come if you're coming!" Virgil's voice calls from it.

"Go! Now! And don't come back!" the Tiger's Daughter
commands.
"Don't have ta tell us twice. We leavin' really nice."
Doctor D. says. Shofar grunts.

[ Phase 9: ]

Kevin continues buckling X with his own utility belts.
"Insert tab A into slot B..." he mutters to himself.
"Uhh - Cheetah? Can you see at all? No? Here, hold this, pull
hard here..."

"We have to have talk about who of us is the leadership here,"
the "Tiger's Head" voice says quietly, probably to the
"Tiger's Right Paw" girl by him.

"Leadership? You almost got killed!" the girl replies.

[Again, if Cheetax does nothing to interfere, on Phase 12: ]

The pair of hoodlums carry their companion to the park gate,
the car door opens for them, Foulmouth is tossed inside unceremoniously, and they join him, Shofar's
heavy steps trotting around the car first.

Cheetax's eyes clear in time to see the car driving off,
and the front passenger window rolling down.

"Au revoir!" calls Virgil. "Until we meet again!"

[ Climbing 8-, Roll 12. ]
"I'M COMING! I'M COMING! TAKE ME WITH YOU!"
the kid in the tree calls. He makes it halfway down the tree
under his own power, then a branch breaks and he falls about
12 feet. "AAAAGH!" Thud.

The "Tiger's Daughter" runs towards the fallen boy.
The "Tiger's Head" watches the limousine.
The remaining Tiger finishes buckling belts around
X, binding his arms to his body and his legs together.
This is just in time, as the green armored man
seems to recover somewhat, and begins struggling against his bonds.
All obvious equipment containers on the outside of the armor
have been removed - though the boots bulge quite a bit with
apparent jet nozzles.

"Releassse me!" the tied up man hisses.

The "Tiger's Left Paw" just laughs.
"You're trussed but good, turkey!"

[ Again, if the now-seeing Cheetax does nothing to interfere,
on Phase 6: ]

The black Lincoln drives off. Half a block away, it drives past the
old man from the steps with his cane. Even at his speed he
should be here soon.
