BUCKET BRIGADE

Equipment Needed:      Water source,5  buckets and fill barrel 

Fire Gear Needed:        Boots and Helmets 

Number of People:        Five (5) 

Five team members will be positioned at the start line located 25’ from the water source.  At the start signal from the judge, all five members will proceed to the water source and fill their buckets with water.  They then will proceed to the fill bucket to dump them.  Time is taken when the judge indicates the barrel is full.  Prior to the start of the event, the buckets can be placed either at the start line or at the water source.  No team members shall touch their buckets until the judge gives the start signal.  Prior to the start of the event, the head judge will place the barrel behind the start line as per drawing.
