Mtsvane
Mtsvane is the main white grape variety in Georgian and is found throughout
Georgia in all major winemaking regions. The Tamada is the name given to
the Georgian Toastmaster and is not a Georgian table that dose not include
wine or a Tamada to lead the table in Toasts. This ancient tradition has
been culminated into the GWS Tamada brand. This wine underwent slight malo-lactic
fermentation to add a creamy character to the end palate that at first
appears a little muddled with the fruit flavors but as the wine opens this
balances to give a more complex and consumable product. The wine is light
straw in colour with delicate green tints and brilliant clarity.
