4-card majors

This adaptation from ACOL removes it's weak spots. The only possible hands where 1

shows only 4 cards is with a 12 - 14 balanced hand. These are easily sorted out. Instead of being a disadvantage, they preempt the opponents.

1	12⁺ HCP, 4⁺ or 18 - 19 balanced without 4
1	12⁺ HCP, 4⁺
1	12⁺ HCP, 5⁺ or 12 - 14 balanced with 4
1	12⁺ HCP, 5⁺ or 12 - 14 balanced with 4
1NT	15 - 17 balanced
2	Game Forcing or SemiForcing / or 22 - 23 balanced
2	Multi: Weak Two in / or 24 - 25 balanced or SemiForcing /
2	Muiderberg: Weak, 5 + 4⁺/
2	Muiderberg: Weak, 5 + 4⁺/
2NT	20 - 21 balanced
