Photos taken from the 10th floor balcony of this particular block of flats in Kowloon are not rare, but you don't usually see the checkerboard. You can see it in this shot because this DC10 was quite a bit lower than it should have been! I only spent a few days taking photos at this location, but every time I saw a Japan Asia 'Ten, it was too low.
